I did the setup and it works but take care you will end with a 3 to 4FA which is a bit too secure. 🦾 If you want something simple and secure just do the Google Auth. 2FA part.

^^ 2 sexy little 10% LokiNuggets appear - Get on em.

What's your beef with 11? 😆

I'm thinking about a 39%er to try to undercut the 40% node

I'm thinking about a 39%er to try to undercut the 40% node

I was going to go 40% and stake more to make the min contribution less but now that you have threatened 39%, I am forced to reconsider.

Looks like we didn't consider that use case, better open a bug report.

It seems, in this era where we're trying to increase liquidity, allowing > 100% rewards to SNops would greatly help the cause.

i'm on a 14.4% node, happy enough with that

don't want to wait 15days to get the loki back haha

Just wait until you upgrade to 28.8, and then 56!

Ah, half of the people in here are probably too young to appreciate that joke.

Hey @jagerman42 I'm back at trying to buid loki under FreeBSD, now I'm testing loki-network so far it hasn't complained, 53%

haha you noob, i had a 14.4

Are you planning on running a service node on FreeBSD?

You'll have to take care of init scripts yourself though, but that shouldn't be too hard. Lokinet will probably have to run as root (because it needs to be able to set up a tun interface). Under linux we use capabilities (either setcap the binary, or specified via the systemd service file) to give it just those selective permissions, but I don't think FreeBSD has an equivalent.

It drops provileges after that? Maybe one solution could be pre-creating the tun interface and fix permissions?

we never got around to implementing the priv drop because none of the other platforms needed it and no one used freebsd until like right now

Well, it has capsicum, probably not worth the trouble

It hasn't completed, will open an issue at github

It stopped at googletest

Something with pthread it seems
